Bon produit riche en oméga 3, 6, 9 et diminue la sécheresse cutanée ( péri-ménaupose).

Je le prends pour le cholestérol et pourtant je mange n importe quoi... Deux par jour , une le matin, une le soir ! Il faut 20 mg d huile de lin par jour pour le cholestérol. Et bien pile le taux qu il ne faut pas dépasser.

L'huile de lin est utile contre le dessèchement de la peau Arrivée à un certain âge je pense que c'est très bon.

je suis ravie et je partage car des jeunes personnes qui ont pas mal d inconforts et pas de travail ce que je prends vous remarquez la quantité de vitamines pour ces personnes mais je les essaie toujours avant de leur donner...
