Il y a longtemps j'ai acheté de 25.000 mg, le chiropracteur m'a dit que pour qu'elle fasse effet il faut en prendre minimum 20.000 mg para jour, sinon, ça ne fait pas l'effet qu'il faut. Maintenant on ne trouve que de 500 mg. Alors, il faudra prendre 4 capsules par jour, c'est pour cela que des gens disent que c'est pas très effectif
